... in Cocoa Beach

It was time to say a tearful goodbye to my "twin". We did one last walk along the beach to the pier. All of our walking must have improved our fitness because we did this 7 K walk 2 weeks ago and it was much less exhausting this time around. On our way to the airport we stopped at one of the orange grove shops to pick up some juicy temple oranges, the first of the season. We paid $16.95 for about 20 pounds of oranges! Linda's carry-on suddenly became a few pounds heavier. The Orlando airport was less than an hour away and everything went smoothly. Linda would be arriving home just in time to experience the Polar Vortex (-40 with the windchill!).Lue lisää
