The Cultural Revolution

Today was our last full day here on our short but fascinating trip to Hong Kong. This morning we decided to stretch our legs and walked a few blocks to visit an exhibition in one of the many financial skyscrapers that are close to out hotel. The exhibition tracked the history of the financial development of Hong Kong from the 1800’s to date. There were a number of very well behaved young, school kids, obviously on their school trip at the exhibition. It is fair to say the school kids probably got more from the displays than Tracy, who spent most of the time looking out the window of the 55th floor at the amazing views!
The afternoon was spent on the open top bus tour......much more to Tracy’s taste! It is always good fun taking these tours, you really do get a quick view of all the interesting things to see in a city.
After the bus tour we headed back to the hotel for a quick change of clothes before heading out for our final dinner.Read more
