    Beersheba - on the border of the desert.
    It's a oasis in the desert and is being rebuilt and improved at a rapid rate thanks to its forward planning Mayor! The earth is made up of dust from Sahara Desert that falls when it reaches moisture. Also limestone dust that causes flash flooding that causes big ruts in ground and makes it useless for agriculture. Neverless, the Israeli's have cultivated this land and the plains lining the roads abound with crops if all sorts.
