Travel day

Nothing exciting today. We took our time packing up this morning and slowly made our way to the airport. Our plane was late flying out of Da Nang, and then we circled the Hanoi airport for a while, waiting for a storm to clear. By the time we made it to our hotel, it was almost 7pm. Mistakenly, I booked a room with a shared bathroom, so I was a bit disappointed when we finally arrived. It’s inconvenient, but it’ll be a short stay. Tomorrow we visit Ninh Binh, with a 7am pick up for a twelve hour day. The day after, we also have an early pick up for the cruise, so two nights here will be fine.Read more
