Farewell Anatori, Hello Farewell Spit

51km ride up to the top of Golden Bay to visit the famous Farewell Spit. Stunning ride out of Anatori made even more adventurous by a dramatic head-over-the-handlebars fall on the gravel road. Bumped up my chin and elbow but overall was A-OK. Set up camp at Farewell Gardens Holiday Park then enjoyed a nice 8km beach walk.Read more
