Day 1 pt. 2 - Driving to Champagne

It was a super long day. Andrew and I were in the back as Claudia was driving up with us. I managed to get some sleep in the morning. We stopped a few times and made our way to Atlanta where we got some food (Jason’s Deli beats Panera for sure). The traffic around there and Nashville was pretty bad but we got through.

Sometime around 5 I completely passed out until eight using my neck pillow as a regular pillow scrunched up into an empty crevice by the door. We did a finally stop and looked for food after we got gas. Wendy’s has a new buffalo chicken salad that instead of putting sauce on the chicken they have a ranch dressing with buffalo in it. Highly recommend.

We got to Champagne pretty late. Maybe around 11:30. With the time change we had been driving for around 18 hours. It was nice to finally stop.
