First day of placement ? Maybe not

Got all dressed up in my scrubs ready to go - most annoying part was having to fight 4 grasshoppers out of my trainers - but was informed that the medical centre was closed today (lol) so went to the beach instead. Was v pretty but ended up with a very burnt back (on the first day I know), wandered back and had a meeting about a project I’m gonna help with - need to find a grant apparently? Have no clue how and no laptop but hey we’ll give it a go. Went to the coolest beach where we had to walk down the cliff for sunset but didn’t swim bc was embarrassed of my burn lol. Then went back for dinner and to karaoke night. Was at the cutest lil local bar, everyone was so friendly and we danced the night away. Went for a drunk swim 🤪 which was maybe not the best idea bc we all kept thinking we were gonna drown and is actually terrifying when you can only see the waves a second before they hit you. But made it out safe and sound :)))Baca lagi
