This morning we picked up our hire car and drove up the lovely motorway to Liljendal. My great grandfather (ggf) came from this area. It was only 70km away so didn't take long. Such a beautiful littleEn savoir plus
Off at 9 to catch ferry to Soumenlinna Fort, just off Helsinki coast. An old fortress from the late 1700s. Some amazing buildings and architecture. Cannons and wild coastline. We got back to theEn savoir plus
Our flight was nearly 2 hours late, and we were worried that we would miss our connection. All good - same airline, so they held it for all connecting passengers. Our 2 hour stopover in CopenhagenEn savoir plus
We took a boat cruise on the river this morning. Nice, gentle way to end our time here.
