We had lunch at an Organic Cocoa plantation. As you might expect, there is a long winded explanation of the value of organic farming and the co-operative they belong to. They are preaching to the converted. Still it is nice to know how many cocoa beans it takes to make a chocolate bar. About 350 for a 400 gram bar.Läs mer
