Dalat Market

Tonight is our home hosted dinner, so we headed out to explore the central market for last minute gifts to bring. Fruit, vegetables, and flowers everywhere. Lots of strawberries. I think our guide was worried we would eat too much at the dinner, so we had a local specialty, avocado ice cream. It was condensed milk, coconut, ice cream, and avocado. Very good, and very filling. The market mainly has food products during the day, restaurants will shop for their menus later that afternoon, and then the clothing vendors come out at night.Read more
