Madrid in a day

Not much time here but we had a ebike tour this morning-we could choose where we wanted to go so we chose the parks. Rode 24 km around some beautiful parks and rivers plus did couple tourist stops statutes and castles. Despite the rain, it was nice. Nice lunch where we could get a nice fresh salad. Food tour tonight with lots of tapas and wine. Our favorite was this simple potato salad made with just olive oil, garlic parsley and boiled potatoes [f course salt and pepper.
