First full day in Myrtle Beach

After a quick night of sleep Catherine and I headed out to my favorite breakfast place in Myrtle Beach, Johnny D’s. Then we drove around taking in the sights. Even stopped at an Open House in a small beach community to get a feel of the real estate market here. Don’t know if I am just giddy with relief of a safe trip here, or operating on only a few hours of sleep, but little things just hit my funny bone today! What made us laugh? Adaption of a side view mirror made out of hand mirrors and duct tape, a huge octopus filled with trash and a limbo game at a drive through were my best pics of the day. Did a little grocery shopping for the week and settled in to our little apartment overlooking the pool and ocean. The weather was perfect as we enjoyed time by the beach with Sharon, Michelle, Lisa & Linda. After a seafood dinner it was time to relax and catch up on some Zzzzz’s.Leggi altro
