Absolutely horrendous, one of the longest snake queues in memory, and humid of course! Not my favourite part of travelling. Should definitely have taken some water off the plane to stay hydrated!

旅行者It's a funny thing with phone cameras that make the prop blades visible and apparently rotating more slowly. I think it's something to do with the 'frame rate' of the camera.

Today we cycled out of town, and 25 people weaving in and out of traffic worked surprisingly well! Then along series of mainly hard packed dirt roads to a river connected to Tonle Sap Lake. At oneもっと詳しく
旅行者Well done for completing the 50k in such conditions. I’d imagine the SPF50 could easily come off in a sweat, humidity & dust mixture. Today will be tough. You’re wise so will know when it’s the right time to hop on the support bus
旅行者Today would've been tough if we'd got to 60 or 70km, but for reasons I've tried to outline on today's post it was called off at 52km. I don't think the sweat has been getting rid of the SOF50, but the lotion + dust + heat has given me a heat rash above my knees, although that seems to go down overnight and it's less a problem today.

Well, the main brands, Angkor and Cambodia, are ok if you're very thirsty but a bit bland, and I tried Hanuman which has more flavour. But as we got out of Seam Reap I saw loads of signs advertising this one, which is made in Cambodia but with a German Brewmaster, and it's ok but quite samey in the vein of many Asian lagers. As I type, I'm drinking a Changi which is refreshing but not a huge amount of flavour. But when we all go out soon, I'll have another one anyway as we're not cycling tmw!!
