旅行者 Well done for completing the 50k in such conditions. I’d imagine the SPF50 could easily come off in a sweat, humidity & dust mixture. Today will be tough. You’re wise so will know when it’s the right time to hop on the support bus
旅行者 Today would've been tough if we'd got to 60 or 70km, but for reasons I've tried to outline on today's post it was called off at 52km. I don't think the sweat has been getting rid of the SOF50, but the lotion + dust + heat has given me a heat rash above my knees, although that seems to go down overnight and it's less a problem today.
