Cowboy Trail - O'Neill, NE

43 miles today with 300 ft assent as we follow the cowboy trail which is an old train bed. The campground is the site of the Neligh county fair and many horses and cattle. Waved at a single cyclist on the road today. We talked to a rancher with his crew along the trail. He enjoyed comparing ranch work with the challenges of riding across the country. Many bridges across Elkhorn river and new to us - Prairie views. All in all, a good riding day with Chris and Ger.Leggi altro
