Sacred Valley

Today we toured two Incan sites in Sacred Valley. We also got to learn the process of weaving alpaca fur into beautiful scarves and clothes. Much of the Incan architecture, including the waterways in the small little town we are staying in, are still used today. Pre-Incan sites are also still around in the area. Our guide was fantastic and gave us a lot of information on the Incas, from their agriculture techniques and how it utilizes the sun and mountain locations to the ongoing search to figure out their written language.
