We got up early and had a swim and our obligatory coffee at the Anchorage.
We returned our bikes and then sat on the grassy slope overlooking the lagoon and over to Mt Gower.

On our way back from Ball’s Pyramid we were able to see the other side of the island.
The water colours were so vibrant and enticing with the water temperature around 21 degrees Celsius.

ViajanteGreat visit to a fifth generation LHI family member who has started his own gin distillery with botanicals located on the island. He also uses sea grapes which are a very unique and unusual additive to gin. He had a sizeable still which was made of copper and due to the size of it a considerable investment as well. He and his business partner had won some serious show awards for their gin range.
