Day 8 Budapest/Frankfurt/ London

Temperature: 0 degrees and snowing at 7 am. this morning. 7 degrees when we arrived in London tonight.

What a bloody day!!!!!!
It took us 12 hours to get from Budapest to London. We only had 2 x 1 hour, 20 minute flights. Our first flight was delayed for nearly 3 hours. This, of course, meant missing the connection, then getting seats to Heathrow was a trial, but it worked out in the end. Back in the UK, safe and sound. It's was a long and tiring day.
It looks like a fine day in London today, so I'll leave Michael at a pub close by, and I'm heading for Harrods.
