Transit…. and home!!

Luckily all went smoothly at Brisbane International and I caught the train back to domestic where my hotel is - literally steps away from the station. I stay whenever I can with Accor hotels but when I booked this stay I used a free night from Hotels.com (who I use when Accor doesn’t suit). So - I wasn’t expecting to have any Accor privileges. However I was welcomed as a Gold member, 2 free drink cards and a room upgrade to a larger than usual room on the top floor!! It was too late to use the free drinks but amazed to get the treatment. Given my flight is midday it is a slow relaxed start to the day. Wandered across to the airport and pleased to walk past an already crowded security into the premium security/checkin. Brekkie and (good) coffee in the lounge. An on time boarding and pleasant crew - 2C is a good trip guaranteed! Home and too the pool. Enjoyed my journey and thanks for the follow - next time will be a return to beautiful Kirra to celebrate Kerry’s birthday. Bon nuit!Läs mer
