Fab dinner with a cracking wine that been resting for this very piece of beef. Well worth a blog entry on its own! Coffin Bay oysters with Deviation Road Sparkling Pink followed by a huge rib eye.Meer informatie

ReizigerNot surprising the 2010 was superb. Troy Kaleski was the wine maker and he told us it was one of his best. Glad you both enjoyed it. I have a few more bottles but it means a trip to the Bool if you want an encore.
