Lake Toya to Yakumo 85km

It was a day of tunnels and long climbs. We went through 15 tunnels in all, some 2km long and some as short as 100m. The intensity of noise in the long ones is hard to describe, it really gets to you by the end. We booked to stay in a nice guest house that was originally a 100 year old Japanese bath house (Sento).
