    Judicial Quarter

    For my first day in DC I didn't have any real plan other than wander around some of the main attractions and see what I could find.

    I started the day close to my hostel at the judicial quarter. I didn't know it was the judicial quarter until a British guy on his way to work (in the courts) started speaking to me whilst waiting at the traffic lights. Think he was surprised to be speaking to a fellow Brit as his accent definitely changed once I'd told him so.

    On this route included the FBI office, law enforcement memorial, DC Court of Appeals and Abraham Lincoln statue.
