Carboneras and Agua Amarga

Today we're taking a trip south along the coast road, our first stop is Carboneras. We travelled mainly along the coast but have to take the winding roads inland and up over the hills giving a great view but when you look back, there's not much holding the road up, best not to look too close.
Caboneras has a long beach with a better quality sand and a prom for us to stroll along. Again not much is open and there's hardly anyone about, but it's a nice place. We finally find a bar open so we stop for a drink , coffee for Martin and a green tea for me, never again, not my cup of tea.
Next stop is Agua Marga an even smaller town with even less people but we did find a bar right on the beach, 2 small beers this time, much better.

Tonight we're going to try out the restaurants at the far end of town, a small cluster of 4 or 5 we could choose from and we plunp for Balti Towers ll . Very nice it was too. Tomorrow it's supposed to rain so we'll see what happens then.Read more
