Worst Service Ever!

We wanted to have lunch before we got on the plane since we were sure that the food served on the airplane would be horrible. We wanted to eat at Potbelly's but couldn't figure out how to get there since it was in a different terminal. With not too many choices around us, we decided to settle for Popeye's. What a mistake! Not only was it very expensive, which we expected since it was in the airport, but the customer service was abysmal! There was five people working on the counter and, for some reason, it took nearly half an hour for us to get our food. I could maybe understand this if the restaurant was crowded but, besides us, there were only two people there waiting. This is inexcusable! The workers there seemed very lazy. Most of the time they just stand around and use their phones, not even caring that customers are waiting. If I was the manager there, I would have fired all of them!Читать далее
