Ready to Board

Southwest Airlines has the most bizarre boarding process. People have to line up according to a letter designation and, then, the line is further split up into numbered groups. I was A50 meaning that, in the first group, I was the 50th passenger allowed to board. This is silly and causes unnecessary confusion. Why don't they just use the same boarding process that every other airline uses? I guess that there's always someone who's got to be different..Meer informatie
