Shut Up, Sit Down!

We're back on Southwest Airlines, this time going from Dallas to Las Vegas. I was starting to think that maybe I was a bit hasty in my judgement and that Southwest wasn't so bad but, while the passengers were boarding, and finding seats, the flight attendant got on the loud speaker and said, "Everybody find a seat and sit down so we can get outta here on time!" Kathy and I were both surprised by the anger and impatience in her tone. Ordinarily, I wouldn't think much of this but for a company that's constantly crowing about how wonderful their customer service is, it's awful.
