Beaver Tails

Beaver Tails are one of the greatest Canadian snacks ever! It's a flat oval shaped pastry type of thin dough, shaped like a beaver's tail, and then different toppings are piled on top. My favorite variety is Nutella with bananas and whipped cream but another good choice is the Apple pie filling with whipped cream. No trip to Canada is complete without getting a beaver tail! These are so popular that they used to be sold in the Canadian pavilion at Epcot's World Showcase in Disney World. I don't know why they discontinued them. It was Epcot's best snack!Read more
