Old Chief Woodenhead

I'm not sure what it is about them, but I've always been fascinated by these cigar store Indians. I had always thought that these Indians were distinctively American creations. If that's the case, then this one is a bit far from home, standing in what's supposed to be Canada, at least Canada as Busch Gardens imagines it to be.
