Big Breakfast

We decided to have breakfast at Hash House a Go-Go in the Linq resort and casino. The portions were huge and everything was delicious! I had the Truck Stop Combo, which consists of a banana and brown sugar pancake, eggs, and sausage. The pancake was so sweet that I didn't even have to put any syrup on it.
Kathy got the Indiana Tradition which was bacon infused waffles, fried chicken, maple syrup reduction with leeks, scallions and onions on top. Her meal was so big that she couldn't even finish it. About half of the chicken ended up going with her as take out. I hope that we get a chance to come back her before we go home. Everything was fantastic!Read more
