Bad First Impressions

Iceland Air is finally open but they are not making a good impression on us. They are pressuring Kathy to pay extra money for our seats and when she refused to do so, they forced us to check our bags. My bag even fit in the size check device but they said I need to check it anyway because it looked “snug”. If it fits, it fits! What is wrong with this airline?Leer más
