Another Look

Here’s a look at the full meal. This is supposed to be slow cooked beef short ribs, served with red bliss crushed potatoes and a herb and vegetable medley but it tasted more like stew meat. The first half was very tasty but the second half was very fatty and I couldn’t eat it. I ate the potatoes but left the vegetables.
