Cancelled Cab

I’m not sure what happened but a few minutes before we were supposed to be picked up, our taxi was suddenly cancelled. We were, understandably, upset and confused but, after talking to the staff at Grab, we were told that another taxi would pick us up in 10 to 15 minutes.
