Surprisingly, we had to go through security checks before we could get to our gate, even though we never left the airport. We still made it to our gate with plenty of time to spare.

Our flight to Bangkok is going to be so much shorter than our flight to Singapore was. It’s just a little more than two hours so we should be able to do this flight easily.
