Hakuna Cavtat-a

Today was mostly a travel day, but everything went smoothly and we arrived at our hotel around 5.30. We are staying a few miles along the coast from Dubrovnik in a town called Cavtat. We made good use of a couple of hours of sunlight to have a wander around the town and were treated with a glorious sunset.
We noticed a cool looking building on a hill so we walked up lots of steps to get to a cemetery with an octagonal chapel. Turns out this is a famous monument we've ticked off already (Racic Mausoleum) and the amazing views at the top made the climb worth it.
Spotted lots of cats on the walk as well which was fun.
After some food and drinks on the terrace we are resting up to explore Dubrovnik tomorrow. Hoping the weather isn't as bad as the forecast says!En savoir plus
