Old Town Road

Very busy day today!
We had hoped to get a water taxi over to Dubrovnik today. However, due to the weather (which we would consider a gentle breeze), there were no boats running. We then had to figure out how to get the bus. We did find it and enjoyed the journey, however literally everyone got off at the wrong stop as no one knew what they were doing. So we had to walk 45 minutes into the old town before we'd even got started sightseeing.
Once we finally arrived in the Old Town we spent the day exploring and getting lost in the labyrinth of side streets and steps.
Today consisted of lots of coffee stops, gelato and a very tasty lunch. I very much enjoyed my pistacio, white chocolate and raspberry flavour 🍨.
We enjoyed finding the Dubrovnik cat shop where all the proceeds go to helping cats and we found a miniature souvenir to go in our display at home 🐈‍⬛️
We have also found all the locations that we are going to go to during the next few days with our Dubrovnik pass ticket. We are just really hoping the wind dies down so we can do the boat trips and cable car that weren't running today 🙏Læs mere
