Housewarming Party Luzern

What an amazing housewarming bash we had with our incredible friends on the rooftop! 🎉🥂 Big thanks to Leo for setting up that beautiful parachute pavilion – it kept us cool and cozy all party long.
We were so thrilled that Uli and Kayo made the trip all the way from Ticino to celebrate with us!
For the food, we had a fantastic idea: poke bowls! We were totally inspired by our trip to Hawaii, where we had the most incredible poke bowls ever. That's why we just knew we had to recreate this special dish for our lovely friends at our housewarming party. We whipped up some seriously delicious vegan poke bowls featuring a delightful mix of seitan, lily, shiitake, mu'er, goji berries, ginger, peanuts, edamame, cucumber, and carrots, all topped with crushed peanuts. For the seafood lovers, we had a fantastic fish poke bowl with fresh tuna and salmon sashimi, cucumber, carrots, edamame, and sesame. And for dessert? A heavenly vegan apple crumble cake that was simply divine! And ice cream for the kids. 🍨
It was wonderful to catch up with everyone after so long and share all our latest news.
But the fun didn't stop there! As night fell, Leo & Julia, Pete, Theo, and I kept the party going at a drum 'n' bass party! The guys definitely made sure the Japanese sake was put to good use, while we enjoyed some tequila and other shots, grooving the night away! Pete was a true champion, sticking with us until the very end and even crashing at our new apartment. What a night to remember!Meer informatie
