Elefanten und Thaiboxen

Deutsch:
Heute bin ich direkt nach dem Aufstehen, ein wenig am Strand entlang gelaufen und habe mich dann auf meinen Roller gesetzt, um zum Angeln in den Hafen zu fahren. Die Kulisse war sehr schön, leider habe ich aber nichts fangen können, weswegen ich mich nach einer Weile auf den Rückweg gemacht habe. Nachdem ich im Bungalow angekommen war, habe ich mein Angelequipment abgelegt, meine Fotoausrüstung geschnappt, hab mich wieder auf meinen Roller gesetzt und bin zu einem nahe gelegenen Wasserfall gefahren, um diesen zu besichtigen. Die Atmosphäre dort war sehr schön allerdings war für meinen Geschmack etwas zu viel los. Auf dem Weg dorthin bin ich an einem Elefanten Sanctuary vorbeigekommen. Meiner Meinung nach werden die Elefanten dort nicht besonders gut gehalten, weswegen ich keine Führung oder Ähnliches gemacht habe. Dennoch stand ich eine Weile vor dem Gehege und habe mir die Tiere angeschaut. Während ich da so stehe, streckt mir einer seinen Rüssel hin, das war natürlich eine tolle Erfahrung, man denkt gar nicht wie weich so ein Rüssel ist. Gegen Nachmittag bin ich dann noch etwas über die Insel gefahren und habe auf einem Markt eine frische Frühlingsrolle gegessen. Als ich wieder zurück in meinem Bungalow war, habe ich meine Drohne fliegen lassen und den Sonnenuntergang beobachtet. Nachdem die Sonne untergegangen war, habe ich mich schnell gerichtet und auf den Weg zu Christoph und Jule gemacht. Wir wollten heute zu einem Thai Boxkampf. Angekommen haben wir erst mal etwas gegessen und danach auf unsere Plätze gesetzt, um uns das Spektakel anzuschauen. Ich muss sagen, es war überraschend spannend und beeindruckend zu beobachten. Als der Kampf vorbei war, habe ich mich langsam wieder auf den Weg nach Hause gemacht, wo ich mich noch mal ans Meer gesetzt habe, bevor ich ins Bett gegangen bin.

Today I went for a walk along the beach straight after getting up and then got on my scooter to go fishing in the harbor. The scenery was beautiful, but unfortunately I didn't catch anything, which is why I made my way back after a while. After arriving at the bungalow, I put down my fishing gear, grabbed my photo equipment, got back on my scooter and drove to a nearby waterfall to visit it. The atmosphere there was very nice, but it was a bit too busy for my taste. On the way there, I passed an elephant sanctuary. In my opinion, the elephants there are not kept particularly well, which is why I didn't take a guided tour or anything like that. Nevertheless, I stood in front of the enclosure for a while and looked at the animals. While I was standing there, one of them stretched out its trunk to me, which was of course a great experience, you wouldn't think how soft such a trunk is. In the afternoon I drove around the island and ate a fresh spring roll at a market. When I got back to my bungalow, I let my drone fly and watched the sunset. After the sun had set, I quickly straightened up and made my way to Christoph and Jule. We were going to a Thai boxing match today. When we arrived, we ate something and then took our seats to watch the spectacle. I have to say, it was surprisingly exciting and impressive to watch.
