Schöner letzter Tag

Deutsch:
Heute bin ich mit dem Wissen aufgewacht, das dies der letzte Tag meiner Weltreise sein wird. Meine Gefühle sind sehr durchwachsen. Auf der einen Seite freue ich mich natürlich zu Hause Familie und Freunde wider zusehen andererseits werde ich das Leben als Backpacker sehr vermissen!
Da ich heute in besagten Nationalpark fahren wollte bin ich recht früh zum Bootsanleger gefahren, um die kurze Fahrt in den Regenwald anzutreten. Angekommen habe ich mir einen Wanderweg ausgesucht und hatte relativ schnell das Glück die ersten Nasenaffen zu sehen. Auf meinem weiteren Weg konnte ich noch Makaken und die hier einheimischen Wildschweine sehen. Teilweise konnte ich wirklich tolle Bilder machen gerade, wenn die Tiere nicht im Dunklen Dschungel waren. In jedem Fall war es sehr spannend alle davon zu beobachten. Nach diesen Erfolgserlebnissen bin ich einen recht anspruchsvollen Track zu einem lookout gelaufen und konnte von dort über die gesamte Bucht sehen. Das war ein wirklich schöner Ausblick. Nachdem ich wider Zurück auf den normaleren Wegen war, bin ich noch etwas tiefer in den Dschungel und hatte das unglaubliche Glück eine Familie der eigentlich seltenen Nasenaffen sehr nah beobachten zu können. Ich konnte auch ihre grunzenden rufe hören, was mich wirklich sehr gefreut hat. Ich habe die Gruppe mindestens eine halbe Stunde lang beobachtet und mich dann auf den Rückweg gemacht um nicht zu spät am Bootsanleger zu sein. Auf dem Rückweg konnte ich noch ein nachtaktives Tier sehen von dem ich nicht weiß, wie es heißt oder zu welcher Gattung es gehört. Nachdem ich wieder auf dem Festland abgesetzt wurden, bin ich ins Hotel gefahren und habe mich noch etwas gesonnt. Das ist etwas, dass mir auch wirklich fehlen wird!! Um meinen letzten Tag ausklingen zu lassen bin ich nochmal in das gute japanische Restaurant gefahren und habe lecker gegessen.
Bevor ich schlafen gegangen bin, habe ich mir nochmal die Haare geschnitten und natürlich meine Sachen gepackt.

Today I woke up with the knowledge that this will be the last day of my trip around the world. My feelings are very mixed. On the one hand, of course, I'm looking forward to seeing my family and friends back home, but on the other, I'm going to miss life as a backpacker very much!
As I wanted to go to the national park today, I drove to the jetty quite early to take the short trip into the rainforest. Once I arrived, I chose a hiking trail and was lucky enough to see the first proboscis monkeys relatively quickly. On my further way, I was also able to see macaques and the local wild boars. Sometimes I was able to take some really great pictures, especially when the animals weren't in the dark jungle. In any case, it was very exciting to observe all of them. After these successful experiences, I walked a quite challenging track to a lookout and could see over the entire bay from there. It was a really beautiful view. Once I was back on the more normal paths, I went a little deeper into the jungle and was incredibly lucky to be able to observe a family of the actually rare proboscis monkeys very closely. I could also hear their grunting calls, which made me really happy. I watched the group for at least half an hour and then made my way back so as not to be too late at the jetty. On the way back, I was able to see another nocturnal animal from the see an animal that I didn't know what it was called or what species it belonged to. After I was dropped off back on the mainland, I went to the hotel and sunbathed for a while. That's something I'm really going to miss! To round off my last day, I went back to the good Japanese restaurant and had a delicious meal.
