Bowling Green KY

We started our morning with a walk around the Parthenon in downtown Nashville, then headed 2 hours north to Bowling Green KY. First stop was the National Corvette museum. Bowling Green is home to the only manufacturing plant for corvettes. Larry enjoyed it.
We had hoped to go to Manmoth Cave but I didn't make reservations in advance. So we went to Lost River Cave instead, and had a Cave tour on a boat. Above ground they had a really nice nature preserve, with trails, and a butterfly habitat. So we hiked another trail, saw a few butterflies and found a few geocaches. Dinner at a local wings place. Longer travel day tomorrow.Les mer
