Packed up camp in the rain this morning which is always a bit miserable, but the cooler weather made for a pleasant days paddle.
Tonight when I opened up the drybag I keep the food in, the contents were saturated. Very odd as the storage compartments in the kayak are pretty watertight. Turns out a full plastic container of cordial had split and saturated everything with cordial. Absolute mess and everything in the bag had to be rinsed in the river and dried. Lesson learnt!

ReizigerNow restocked with cordial. Mind you, I won't be needing much as the gin supply has dwindled to almost nothing, so on very strict rations!
