Anne of Green Gables

We started our day by visiting the house and barn of Anne of Green Gables fame. It is now part of a National Park with lovely walking trails as well. Afterward we drove to the wharf at North Rustico for lunch at the Blue Mussel Cafe-- yummy seafood chowder and fresh halibut. After lunch we drove along the north shore which has also been preserved as a National Park with its beautiful red rock formations.
