    Here is some photos of Diocletians Palace, originally a worship centre to the Roman God Jupiter then a Christian church testimony to the influence of Christian believers in the Roman world. The two black marble sphinx are from Egypt and date around 90AD. The ceiling of the baptistry has 64 depictions of every emotion known to man. A men's singing group from Dalmatia presented two items in the circular arena whose acoustics were stunning. We also went into the crypt and the main centre which was converted into Christian place of worship during the reign of Diocletian. In the afternoon we went to the tourist village of Trogir which has narrow alleyways, hundreds of market stalls, and as many restaurants all plying for trade.
