Tungurahua

We did a two days hike to the Tungurahua Volcano. It's an active Volcano with 5.023m. The first day we went to the Refugio which is located at 3.800m. The Refugio didn't had any electricity so it was a very cold night but with playing UNO and drinking Aguardiente we warmed ourselves a little bit. The next day we got up at 4 am and started the tour up to tue Volcano during the night with flashlights. We saw an amazing sunrise and had stunning views the more up we came. Its very steep and difficult to walk on the volcanic ground. After 4.700 I had to turn as it felt a bit too dangerous for me. Anyway it was an amazing adventure again.Baca lagi
