After 18 hours I arrived in La Paz. The capital of Bolivia is very busy and I arrived in a very cold and rainy place 3.800 meters above sea level. Today I did the free walking tour where we passed a prison without guards that has his own rules and a clockthat runs backwards. Absolut highlight was taking the cable cars from the Austrian company Doppelmayr trough the city.Read more
