Headed northeast to Robidoux RV Park in Gering, Nebraska. Our site is huge with a paved pad and picnic area surrounded by grass and views of Scott's Bluff. Randy is a happy camper as they allow you to wash your vehicles, much needed after six and a half weeks on the road, and Kuma is a happy pup with room to run.
Monday we went to the Scott's Bluff National Monument visitors center then drove up to the summit and took a short hike where we enjoyed some awesome views.

I'm doing well with my Farmers Market produce. Have made dilly beans, beans and leeks in the instant pot, cucumbers and dill in roasted shrimp and orzo salad, low carb lasagna with zucchini and eggplant. 😋もっと詳しく
