Surveyors Hut to Munro Hut.

Today started out beautiful and was very pleasant walking weather. I was thankful for a cooler day as the climb up Arthur's Peak was fairly steep. Although there were more climbs they were a little easier. As usual I was in the rear position due to slower walking and frequent photo stops. There were spectacular views and we arrived at Munro but in time for lunch. The hut was very crowded due to hikers coming and going and inclement weather.Read more
