Sea day (s)

We just had two days on land to explore some game parks and a flat boat tour on Lake St. Lucia. The game drives were lovely and being in a natural habitat a.k.a. outdoors is awesome. Lake St. Lucia is the home to 1000 hippos and 1200 Nile crocodiles......

Back on board yesterday w hopes of a short overnight sail to a small Island in Mozambique for a quick visit to an outer island as the mainland was previously cancelled due to a cholera outbreak.

With currents, storms and navigational challenges, we are now two and a half days at sea starting last eve, trying to get to Sothern Madagascar on time to meet immigration schedule. Lots of waves, though the ropes to supplement the rails everywhere, are not yet in place. Very rolly and bumpy.

I have managed to develop a very barky cough, so I look forward to the rest available on sea days. I miss my own bed and snoring goldens.
