Tues Oct 4, 9:00 am: Breakfast

After Gallup. It was time to head to the dining car for breakfast. Due to the time change, breakfast was going to end an hour earlier than normal. Unfortunately, they were out of the quesadillas, which I haven't yet tried, so I went with the old standard: French toast.

Note that the coffee creamer is "made from cow's milk." I don't know why, but that just tickled me.Weiterlesen
