Tue Oct 18, 6:30 pm: Sunset dinner

I headed into dinner at just about sunset. The Rocky Mountains can be seen in the distance, but we will pass through them in the dark.

This time I decided to try the vegetarian pasta for dinner and this thing they called a "Mexican Souffle" for appetizer. The pasta was good, but I don't think I will try that souffle thing in the future.

The train splits into two pieces at Spokane around 3 in the morning. I really doubt I will get up to see that, but you never know. In the morning, we won't have a dining car, so I guess we get some sort of continental breakfast in our rooms.Leia mais
