We took a boat trip around the bay with an entertaining Cornish man who told us stories of pirates, local history and the rivalry between Fowey and Polmarine (on the opposite side of the bay).Leer más
Next we visited the small fishing port of Fowey. A lovely little port which is famous for its pirates and the author Daphne du Maurier (of Jamaica Inn fame) who's house over looked the port. Her sonLeer más
We are on the boat ready to set sail to Plymouth. Looks like a good film in the onboard cinema so I will probably watch a movie while Hazel has a sleep.
It's our last full day in France and we set out on our most adventurous drive yet to sample the beaches on the Crozon peninsula some two hours away from Roscoff.
